Any item purchased through the website can be returned for an exchange or refund.
Returned goods must be unused,in a saleable condition with all the tags still attached and packaging included.
Returned goods must be returned within 30 days,except for orders placed in November and December when orders can be returned early January.
If you are returning an item for exchange/refund  you are responsible for return postage costs.
For larger / heavier items we may charge £ 5 for despatch of the alternative, this does not apply to smaller single items.
 
Returning faulty items in the UK.
If you are returning an item that is faulty Please return to us with your original reciept When returning by Royal mail please send recorded delivery as we cannot guarantee the safety of the returned items. If the itme is lost in the Post it will be up to the customer to take up with the Post Office and put in a claim against them.

Right to Cancel
In complaince with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
The customer has the right to cancel any order,the cooling off period is 7 days from the day after the ordering date.
On cancellation of the contract,the customer is under a duty to return the goods at their own cost to Skate The Ledge and in the mean time must take good care of them
